Bilingual Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine

Future veterinarians must possess not only the necessary knowledge but also scientific interest, great organizational work capacity and special concern for animal medicine and health, animal production, food hygiene and technology, and public health (focused from the veterinary point of view with the corresponding repercussions on the human species). It must be a vocational student with a special sensitivity towards the animal world and the protection of nature.

Those interested in studying the General Veterinary Degree must have completed the Baccalaureate in Health Sciences. It is necessary to have knowledge and abilities similar to those required in the Baccalaureate in the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology.

In addition, the student must have a vocation defined by issues related to health (biomedical, socio-medical sciences, healthcare practice) and a scientific inclination, interest in research and biomedical study.
